When should I expect my item?

We only ship on Monday -Friday. Each item is packed and shipped according to the individual product. Please read shipping policy before purchasing.


What if I want to return a item?

What if Kaotic Boutique sent me the wrong item?

Our Company will gladly send out the correct item as soon as we receive the returned item. We try to complete this process as soon as possible. ( Read More under Policy Tab)


What if my order is past shipping days?

If your order is past processing period, please call 1-833-kaoitic1 or email for faster response. Our company will update you on your order. We will provide you with a few options. Option 1: Our Company will ask for an extension, until your item arrives Option 2: Our Company can replace your out stock item with a different item of your choice.


Can I get a Refund?

Unfortunately we don't give "ANY" Refunds on items. Store Credit only.

What if I go thru Paypal for a Refund?

Kaotic Von Box

What will come in my box?

-You will receive 4-5 Kaotic Von homemade products and 1 “feature” product that will vary depending on what Kaotic Von would like to surprise you with and the month/season it is mailed out. Plus tips and tricks on how to use the products.

How much is it?

-A monthly Kaotic Von Box subscription, with no long-term commitment, cost $49.99 per month. Or subscribe for a membership and save $10 each month.

Can I choose my products for the box?

-No the products are chosen monthly by Kaotic Von to ensure you get a good combination of her unique creations and the “feature” products are also hand picked by Kaotic Von to send you a personalized gift according to the month/season the box is being sent out.

When will my box ship?

-Kaotic Von boxes are shipped once the payment has been received within 3-5 business days after payment has posted. You will receive a tracking number in your email once the box has shipped.


Can I return my box?

-You may not return the Kaotic Von Box you receive. If you have concerns about the Kaotic Von box or the products received please email pictures to talkwithkaotic@gmail.com. We will work with you to address your concerns.

Kaotic Von offers are available for purchase only during the offer period and only while supplies last, on a first-come, first-serve basis. Quantities will be very limited.

Automatic Monthly Subscriptions.

-Once you subscribe Kaotic Von will automatically process your monthly subscription fee in the next billing cycle. Kaotic Von will continue to automatically process your Monthly subscription fee each month at the then-current monthly subscription rate, until you cancel your subscription.

Product Manufacture and ingredients

-There will be 4-5 Kaotic Von homemade organic products in each box that will have the ingredients on the label and have been made in our manufacturing facility using only organic ingredients. The 3rd party “feature” items will be made elsewhere and will not come from our facility.  It is your responsibility to review the ingredients to avoid allergic reactions or other side effects personal to you.


Member account, password and security

-You are responsible for maintaining t, the confidentially of your password and account, if any. You agree to” immediately notify Kaotic Von of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other security breach and ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each site session. Kaotic Von will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.

Trademarks/Product Resale:

Trademarks, logos, service marks, and trade names (collectively the “trademarks”) displayed in the Kaotic Von community are registered and unregistered trademarks of ours and may not be used in connection with products/or service that are not related to, associated with, or sponsored by the right holder. Products included in the box are not for resale.

Fees & Billing: 

-Prices are quoted in US Dollars. You agree to pay in full the price for each Kaotic Von box involving your purchase of a product by credit card, debit card, or by any other payment means acceptable to Kaotic Von, if any, is due. You agree to pay all applicable shipping cost, if Kaotic Von does not receive timely payment from your credit card or debit card issuer or its agents, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by us.

                -Automatic renewal terms: For Kaotic Von services subject to automatic renewal, you agree that Kaotic Von may submit periodic charges (monthly) until you provide notice that you wish to terminate the authorization or change your payment method. You agree that such notice will not affect charges submitted before Kaotic Von could reasonably act.

Risk of Loss:

-A third party carrier will ship any merchandise you purchase from our site. Risk of loss for such merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

How does shipping work?

-We are currently shipping to the US and international. Kaotic Von boxes are shipped via USPS postal service. Once the box has left our facility you should be receiving it within 3-5 business days for US, and 7-21 business days internationally. International shipping may incur custom fees please check with customs before your order.

Can I pick the day you bill me?

-This will be determined by the day you sign up for your membership.

Can I get a refund for my Kaotic Von box?

-We do not offer refunds or exchanges for Kaotic Von boxes, but we’re always happy to replace anything missing or damaged. Please email pictures to talkwithkaotic@gmail.com.


What if my card is declined?

-If your account is currently active and the payment for your renewal is declined, your account will be placed in a past due state. Our system will automatically continue attempting to charge your card to collect payment, while supplies last. In order to stop the billing attempts, you must cancel the account before the payment is successfully processed. 

Are the products in the box cruelty free? 

-Kaotic Von products are made with all organic, natural products. Third party products we feature don't exclusively feature cruelty free products. If you have concerns please contact us at talkwithkaotic@gmail.com. 

What box am I going to receive?

-Your payment must be submitted by the 15th of the month in order to receive that months box.

Replacement of Property

-If products are damaged please send pictures to talkwithkaotic@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your box. We always do our best to offer a replacement for your damaged and or missing items. 

What if my package was sent to the wrong address?

We ship to the address you provide. Once Kaotic company ships out your package, you will need to handle the issue with USPS. To avoid this issue, please double check your address. Please remember that you will be submitting your address twice, once with Kaoticvon.com site and also with Paypal. The address you submit is the address your item(s) will be shipped to. Please double check, add your apartment number!
